超聲波清洗機(jī)：超聲波清洗閥體的原理

　　超聲波清洗閥體的原理主要基于超聲波在液體介質(zhì)中產(chǎn)生的空化作用。當(dāng)超聲波在液體中傳播時(shí)，會(huì)產(chǎn)生數(shù)以萬計(jì)的微小氣泡，這些氣泡在聲壓作用下迅速膨脹和破裂，形成強(qiáng)烈的沖擊力。這種沖擊力能夠剝離附著在閥體表面的污垢，包括油脂、鐵銹、焊渣、塵埃等，即使是閥體內(nèi)部的微小通道和縫隙也能得到徹底清洗。

　　The principle of ultrasonic cleaning of valve bodies is mainly based on the cavitation effect generated by ultrasonic waves in liquid media. When ultrasound propagates in liquid, tens of thousands of tiny bubbles are generated, which rapidly expand and rupture under the action of sound pressure, forming a strong impact force. This impact force can peel off dirt attached to the surface of the valve body, including grease, rust, welding slag, dust, etc. Even small channels and gaps inside the valve body can be thoroughly cleaned.

　　清洗工藝流程：上料→超聲粗洗→超聲精洗→熱水漂洗→熱燙漂洗→吹水→下料

　　Cleaning process: Loading → Ultrasonic rough cleaning → Ultrasonic fine cleaning → Hot water rinsing → Hot scalding rinsing → Blowing water → Unloading

　　1. 清潔各水槽，關(guān)閉各水槽排水閥門。開啟各水槽的進(jìn)水閥門，待水位高于液位浮球關(guān)閉進(jìn)水閥門。

　　1. Clean each sink and close the drain valves of each sink. Open the inlet valves of each water tank and close the inlet valves when the water level is above the liquid level.

　　2.開啟總電源進(jìn)入人機(jī)面板按開始進(jìn)入工作畫面。

　　2. Turn on the main power and enter the human-machine panel. Press the start button to enter the work screen.

　　3.按ON開啟照明，按ON開啟吸霧風(fēng)機(jī)。

　　4.旋轉(zhuǎn)按鈕開關(guān)開啟一號(hào)槽二號(hào)槽三號(hào)槽四號(hào)槽加熱開關(guān)。

　　5.設(shè)置好各槽所需溫度（一號(hào)槽50~65度，二號(hào)槽50~65度，三號(hào)槽50~65 度，四號(hào)槽50~65度）。具體按工藝要求設(shè)置。

　　5. Set the required temperature for each slot (50-65 degrees for slot 1, 50-65 degrees for slot 2, 50-65 degrees for slot 3, and 50-65 degrees for slot 4). Set according to the specific process requirements.

　　6.待各區(qū)域溫度升到所需溫度各水槽加入所需清洗劑，進(jìn)入人機(jī)畫面，在進(jìn)入?yún)?shù)設(shè)置：滴水時(shí)間（1000~2000）毫秒，清洗時(shí)間（100000~300000）秒，（注：其余參數(shù)不能隨意設(shè)定）。

　　6. When the temperature in each area reaches the required level, add the required cleaning agent to each water tank, enter the human-machine interface, and then enter the parameter settings: drip time (1000-2000) milliseconds, cleaning time (100000-30000) seconds, (note: other parameters cannot be set arbitrarily).

　　7.進(jìn)入人機(jī)畫面，再進(jìn)入自動(dòng)頁(yè)面按自動(dòng)，紅色不在原位，藍(lán)色即在原位，顯示原位，若不在原位按機(jī)器復(fù)位后開啟復(fù)位，到達(dá)原位后按按鈕開關(guān)啟動(dòng)。

　　7. Enter the human-machine interface, then enter the automatic page and press' Auto '. The red color is not in its original position, and the blue color is in its original position, displaying the original position. If it is not in its original position, press the machine reset button to turn on the reset. After reaching the original position, press the button switch to start.

　　8.放入裝有產(chǎn)品的清洗筐推車（注：清洗筐必須到位）。

　　9.待清洗產(chǎn)品到達(dá)出料口，氣槍吹干剩余水分?；@筐拉入推車。

　　10.如中途有上下前后越位以及其他緊急狀況，按下急停按鈕，進(jìn)入人機(jī)頁(yè)面，按自動(dòng)切換手動(dòng)，再按上下左右前后調(diào)到原位。到達(dá)原位后手動(dòng)切換成自動(dòng)。在按啟動(dòng)按鈕。

　　10. In case of up, down, front, back offside and other emergencies in the middle, press the emergency stop button to enter the human-machine page, press the automatic switch manual, and then press up, down, left, right, front and back to the original position. After reaching the original position, manually switch to automatic mode. Press the start button.

　　利用高頻聲波，在液體中產(chǎn)生的震動(dòng)，形成強(qiáng)大的清洗力。每一個(gè)閥門出廠前都嚴(yán)格按流程清洗，確保全程無憂 “凈” 界；清洗槽溫度鎖定 50 - 65 度，在此溫度區(qū)間，清洗液活性被充分激發(fā)，油污、雜質(zhì)紛紛從閥門表面松動(dòng)瓦解，滴水時(shí)間精細(xì)調(diào)控在 1000 - 2000 毫秒，超長(zhǎng)清洗時(shí)間達(dá) 100000 - 300000 秒，有效去除油脂銹跡炭渣等頑固污垢。

Every valve is strictly cleaned according to the process before leaving the factory to ensure worry free "cleanliness" throughout the entire process; The temperature of the cleaning tank is locked at 50-65 degrees.
